Owned by and located in unincorporated LA County, the site is operated and maintained by the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation. The Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust conducted community outreach, led the community design process, and built the toddler park within a larger community park and green space.

The site includes a large playground area with soft pathways and designed seating areas.
