LANLT oversees the operations of Community Gardens and maintains memberships.

Community Gardens are not only sites for organic gardening and composting workshops; they’re places where fresh produce and community relationships can grow.

Want to join a Community Garden?

Contact us to see if you qualify, and we’ll reach out with info on the soonest available plot.

Potential members must:

  • Live or work 1-5 miles from the garden

  • Complete a garden contract

  • Attend quarterly member meetings

  • Pay member dues ($5 a month)

  • Participate in garden workdays

Volunteer Opportunities

Spend a day at the garden. No obligation required.

  • Corporate or Team Volunteer Days: Bring your team together and support a Community Garden.

  • Elder Gardener Support Companion: Assist one of our veteran garden experts.

  • Garden Workday Crew Member: Join a bimonthly workday for a few hours.
